GW has revised RTT scoring. Check out the new RTT Players Handbook and Roster Sheets. It's easier to see the new comp rules on the Roster Sheets.

The new comp system is:

1. Does the army have more Troop selections than any other single category?
2. Do the units an characters have names, designations, etc?
3. Do Troop selection make up 40% of the total points of this army?
4. Have they spent no more than 25% of their total points on Fast Attack, Heavy Support or Elites?
5. Has the player spent no more than 20% of their total points on anything from the "Armory" page?

Judges have 3 more questions
1. Is the army list correct?
2. Is the list the same one being played?
3. Is this one of the top three armies?

All in all, no big deal or me since I usually play a pretty balanced army.
